DTF Yourself File Agreement

By submitting artwork to DTF Yourself, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding file preparation, sizing, and processing. Please review this agreement carefully, as it outlines important policies related to your order, including our policies on artwork uploads, fees, and chargebacks.

1. Artwork Submission and Printing Policy

1.1. “What You Upload is What You Get” Policy:
    •    The artwork you upload will be printed exactly as submitted, without modification, unless an additional art fee is paid for adjustments such as touch-ups, resizing, or background removal.
    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that files are uploaded correctly according to their desired specifications.

1.2. Sizing and Art Board Dimensions:
    •    Your artwork will be printed based on the dimensions of the artboard, not the actual size of the uploaded image.
    •    Example: If you upload an 8x10 inch image onto a 12x18 inch artboard, your printed image will be scaled accordingly to fit within the artboard size, potentially resulting in a smaller-than-expected final print.
    •    We strongly recommend verifying your file size in relation to the artboard before submitting.

1.3. Resizing, Touch-ups, and Background Removal:
    •    If you require resizing, touch-ups, or background removal, an additional art fee will be required.
    •    Any modification requests must be pre-approved and confirmed in writing before production begins.

2. Payment and Chargeback Policy

2.1. Payment Authorization:
    •    By submitting your order, you authorize DTF Yourself to charge your provided payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable fees.
    •    Orders are processed immediately, and no refunds will be issued for mistakes related to incorrect file uploads.

2.2. No Chargebacks Policy:
    •    All sales are final once the order is submitted and payment is processed.
    •    Chargebacks and disputes related to artwork submission errors, including incorrect sizing, color discrepancies, or image resolution, will not be accepted.
    •    By placing an order, you agree to resolve any concerns directly with DTF Yourself before initiating a chargeback.

2.3. Refunds and Reprints:
    •    Refunds or reprints will only be considered in cases where an error occurred on our part that deviates from the submitted order details.
    •    We do not offer refunds for customer-submitted file errors or incorrect expectations regarding print outcomes.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. File Format and Quality:
    •    Customers must upload high-resolution, print-ready files in the specified formats (e.g., PNG, TIFF, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS and so on).
    •    Low-resolution files may result in poor print quality, and we are not responsible for such outcomes.

3.2. Order Review:
    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details, including artwork dimensions, before finalizing the purchase.
    •    Any modifications after submission may result in additional fees and delays.

4. Agreement Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout or completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for ensuring your artwork meets the required specifications and that DTF Yourself is not liable for any issues resulting from customer errors in file submission.
